Job Overview: The career motivated individual in this role will provide research and analytical services for our nationwide clients across many industries. A strong candidate will bring work ethic and ability to learn rapidly to support our deal teams in main street business brokerage and in lower middle market M&A transactions with financial analysis, research, written communications and information flow management.

Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or accounting
- Exceptional computer and organizational skills, facility with data and databases and MS Office applications
- A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply analytical and communication skills creatively to diverse client needs
- Prudent business judgment with strong business acumen
