About
Jill TenHaken has over 20 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, technology, banking and commercial property management. Having been through the process of starting and selling a family business, she helps owners navigate their exit path options, whether transitioning a business internally or to a third party. Her services span the whole process, from analysis, marketing, buyer management and closing.
As a broker and consultant, Jill brings confidential practices, a network of 50+ business-selling colleagues and proven processes. Her processes save business owners countless hours and dollars in the displaced energy of trying to navigate an exit by themselves. She works with a client’s accountant, wealth advisor and legal counsel to create a Deal Team positioned for success and ability to capture the true earning power of a business.
Jill is a licensed real estate agent in South Dakota. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Dordt University and an associate’s degree from Southeast Technical College. She has lived in Sioux Falls for 25+ years and volunteers for occupationally inspiring non-profits, such as Dress for Success and Junior Achievement.
