Kinzie Jones

For Kinzie Jones, business brokerage has always been more than a career path—it’s part of her roots. As the daughter of one of the original founders and current CEO of Sunbelt Midwest, Kinzie grew up with a unique view into the world of entrepreneurship, small business ownership, and the complex process of buying and selling companies. Over the years, that early exposure evolved into a deep understanding of the industry and a natural ability to keep deals moving forward with clarity and care.

In her role as Operations & Marketing Administrator, Kinzie manages critical components of the transaction process—from the moment a listing is launched to the final stages of closing. She works closely with both brokers and clients to ensure every detail is thoughtfully handled, marketing materials are strategic and professional, and internal systems stay organized and efficient. Her dedication, precision, and proactive approach make her an invaluable part of the Sunbelt team.

Originally from Anoka, Minnesota, Kinzie holds an Associate of Science degree from Century College and a Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling to new places, and spending time with her 8-year-old daughter and her two older brothers.
