Lydia Downs

Lydia is operations support & front desk administrator at Sunbelt, bringing a rich background in business and education to the team.

Prior to joining Sunbelt, Lydia spent two years teaching English in Valencia, Spain. This experience not only refined her teaching abilities but also allowed her to travel extensively throughout Europe. Her travels abroad have enriched her perspective and strengthened her ability to connect with diverse clients and colleagues. Lydia also has six years of customer service experience at Target, where she developed strong communication and problem-solving skills that enhance her role in supporting daily operations.

Lydia holds a bachelor’s degree in both Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
