Matisse Murray

Matisse has been with the Sunbelt-True North team since the summer of 2021, providing attentive, strategic support to both the company’s Main Street and M&A deal teams. As profile specialist, she conducts market research and collaborates with brokers and clients to compile detailed confidential business profiles that showcase Sunbelt’s various listings. These high-quality, confidential marketing pieces give sellers a secure place to summarize both the story and essentials of their business in addition to offering buyers a resource for determining if they are ready to take the next step in the purchase process.

Matisse also oversees and coordinates company training efforts. Her work as trainer ensures that all who are new to the company are effectively onboarded and that experienced team members have a framework in which to refine their practice.

Prior to coming to Sunbelt, Matisse worked as a classical educator at the high school level. Her years of experience in the classroom give her a strong background in oral and written communication, research, storytelling, as well as training and teaching. She holds degrees in education and history from Bethel University.
