Mike’s background is diverse and wide ranging, including consulting, it, manufacturing/supply chain, and education services (childcare, dance studios, food operation). He drove succession plan creation and execution allowing his clients to exit their businesses and oversaw all aspects of their divestiture through to successful completion of the deal. His insight also includes working with closely held family businesses with multiple partners or complex entity structures with real estate.

Industry Experience

Mike was involved with his family’s childcare organization for more than 30 years and worked in every position from janitorial, to working in classrooms, overseeing finance and marketing to leading a 10-school operation employing 250+ people and responsibility for 1,100+ children. He drove continuous improvement that helped grow the program from 4 locations to 10 locations while improving operational efficiency and growing revenue.
