Ryan Moen

Ryan’s industry expertise provides great insight into his client’s business operations and helps them find the right acquirer.

Ryan has a B.A. in Marketing and also completed his MBA in 2018. A highlight for Ryan was a relocation to Salt Lake City for four years, where he led shipping and fulfillment operations for the western United States. Most recently, Ryan managed a distribution center in the Twin Cities that serviced six midwestern states with gross sales in excess of $350M.

Ryan is genuinely passionate about connecting with people through the buying and selling process and helping them reach their goals.

Over the course of his career, he has provided outstanding front-line management and execution, and was a dynamic customer facing operations leader, capable of connecting customer ideas with operational capabilities. As a DC Manager, he utilized his leadership skills to not only provide sound guidance for daily plant operations, but to also drive a continuous improvement culture, with a strong emphasis on teammate engagement and customer success.
