Stephanie is an accomplished business broker with a strong background in operational efficiency, consumer marketing, and management. With expertise across multiple industries – including retail, perishable goods, psychotherapy, and procurement – she offers strategic insights that help business owners optimize operations and position their businesses for a successful sale.

As the Closing & Finance Specialist at True North Business Funding, Stephanie works closely with buyers, sellers, and lenders to facilitate tailored financing solutions. She collaborates with preferred lending partners to structure deals that align with both buyer needs and lender requirements. Once an offer is accepted, she plays a key role in guiding all parties through financing, due diligence, and closing – helping to mitigate challenges, streamline communication, and ensure a successful closing. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of deal structures makes her a valuable resource in securing favorable financing terms and keeping transactions on track.

Born and raised in Eau Claire, WI, Stephanie has strong ties to the community, with much of her family still residing there. She earned her BBA in Marketing with an International Business Certificate from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She takes great pride in supporting business owners in the Chippewa Valley, helping them navigate the sale process and maximize the value of their life’s work. She is passionate about contributing to the success of local businesses and helping owners navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Stephanie holds a Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB) designation and is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, always striving to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Tarzan.
